Giveaway Rules
Lifeline Blood Services periodically conducts giveaways for exciting prizes, such as gift cards, event tickets, or vacation packages.
How to Enter:
Please see the current promotion rules for details on which donation types (whole blood, platelets, plasma, etc.) are eligible. Non-donors may enter by completing the online entry form available on our website. No purchase or donation is necessary to participate.
Participating Locations:
Please refer to the current promotion rules for specific locations included.
Winner Selection:
Entries from all participants will be collected, and one winner will be randomly selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries.
Eligibility:
Age requirements may be posted when applicable.
Employees and immediate family members of Lifeline Blood Services or affiliated companies are not eligible.
Immediate family includes parents, siblings, spouses, children, and household members.
Employees of other blood centers are also ineligible.
Prize Details:
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted. If the prize value exceeds $600, Lifeline Blood Services will issue a 1099 tax form, and the winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
Publicity:
By entering, you agree that Lifeline Blood Services may use your name, likeness, and voice for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Claiming the Prize:
Winners must accept or decline the prize within 72 hours of notification. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
General Terms:
Lifeline Blood Services is not responsible for incomplete, lost, or illegible entries.
All disputes will be resolved by Lifeline Blood Services management, whose decisions are final.
Participation in this giveaway constitutes full agreement to these rules.
